Govt. of Assam has already completed the online application process for the recruitment of 12,600 Grade III & Grade IV Vacancy under various departments of government. Under the name of Assam Direct Recruitment, the state Govt. is going to recruit these no of candidates through a written exam along with skill test/ viva for each category of posts and accordingly a merit list will be prepared for appointment.

ADRE Syllabus for Class III Posts
State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) has released the official Assam Direct Recruitment syllabus for Class III or Grade III posts. Aspiring candidates may check following section for more details about syllabus.

Language of question paper: Question papers will be in the following languages – Assamese, Bengali, English, Bodo and Hindi.
Negative marking: There
will be negative marking for wrong answers. The negative marking to be
awarded for each wrong answer will be equivalent to 1/4th of the
mark(s) allotted for that question. For example, negative marking for
the wrong answer of a question carrying 1 mark will be 0.25 and
similarly negative marking for the wrong answer of a question carrying 2
marks will be 0.50.
Selection Process: The candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for interview (as intimated by HCM).

HSLC (Class Ten) passed or equivalent examination passed category
including HSLC (Class Ten) passed or equivalent examination passed
along-with ITI pass certificate in the trade of
Wireman/Electrician/Fitter/ Welder/Machinist/Electronics mechanic from
Govt. of Assam approved institute.
